MISSION

If you believe in digital marketing combined with a clear sales orientation towards the customer, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Specialist on Digital Sales & Direct Marketing to develop, implement, track and optimize our classical sales & digital marketing campaigns across all classical and digital channels. The specialist must possess good sense of judgment and be able to determine the perfect choice of Internet marketing strategy to undertake at any point in time to further shore up the image and boost the profit goals of the organization.

►Plan and execute all web-sites, SEO/SEM, marketing database, e-mail, social media and display advertising campaigns to improve on the popularity of the company and its online presence,

►Plan and execute all direct marketing efforts alone or together with partners (Mailings, Outbound actions, webinars etc.),

►Plan, implement and deliver customer communications. Adapt and create physical advertising promotional materials for use,

►Utilize a range of communication channels as part of the campaign delivery, in particular Direct Marketing,

►Design, build and maintain our social media presence as well as our new mobile application marketing,

►Discover and optimize new marketing and communication opportunities that best suit the Korean market,

►Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Maintain campaign reporting, metrics, and site analysis,

►Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Contribute to business development and activities as required by direction from the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for Korea and/or Sales Director of Asia Pacific,

►Must keep up to date on latest development in the digital advertising world,

►Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests,

►Evaluate competitors’ data, market conditions, and customer research, towards improved service delivery,

►Collaborate with internal sales teams of EMS in globe as well as external distributors on training courses (Swiss Dental Academy),

►Participate in Swiss Dental Academy, conferences and trade displays as required,

►Leverage digital marketing activities and sales team of both internal EMS and distributors,

►Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points,

►Work along with the plans and aspirations of the marketing departments Global MARCOM in Nyon as well as Regional MARCOM in Shanghai, Sydney and Tokyo. Act as an internal consultant to the marketing department in terms of regional affairs,

►Lead management of the digital touch points of the organization,

►Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels,

►Plan and oversee execution of campaign schedules and budgets,

►Participate in company’s training and orientation of newly employed.

SKILLS

►Based in Seoul area,

►Able to communicate both in verbal and written in English for universal digital terminologies,

►AS/BS degree in business administration/ marketing or a related field,

►Proven working experience in sales, direct marketing and/ or digital marketing,

►Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns,

►Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate,

►Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends),

►Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking,

►Ability to plan own work schedule and meet challenging deadlines,

►Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
