MISSION

►Management of telephone calls (external and internal),

►Reception of visitors,

►Reservations hotels, taxis, trains, plane tickets, lunches, dinners, 

►Internal and external mail management,

►Check and approval of all services booked by us (Back-office), any expenses,

►Order and dispatching of all office supplies for all sites in Nyon,

►Transmission of the information: support and link with facilities team,

►Update of the calendar of the company apartment (useful for the cleaning team and colleagues),

►Support for the Management team, 

►Administration: order of business cards, writing of invitation letters for our guests,

►Support Customer Service if needed.
