►Ensure Employee Life cycle (Administration tasks),
►Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation and implementation of the People Strategies that attract develop and retain employees,
►Support the organizational short and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats,
►Drive flawless execution of Global and local HR Initiatives,
►Ensure people issues are a key consideration when discussing and planning business activities,
►Manage effective organizational transformation and change projects using best practice methodologies,
►Shape the culture to align with EMS goals & initiatives through supporting through coaching Line managers in theirs implementation of core people processes,
►Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs,
►Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development,
►Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive open, empowering safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with this culture,
►Be the gateway for the business into the HR function to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions,
►Act as key point of contract regarding all HR related issues within Switzerland and European Affiliates.
►Lead the whole HR process,
►Act as main point of contact for the annual evaluation of employees including salary increases, target setting and potential analysis,
►Pro-active and strategic FTE planning for Switzerland for affiliates in cooperation with the HR Director and General Management,
►In charge of all labor law related issues in close collaboration with our lawyers,
►Regular HR reporting.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
► Strong ability to present complex solutions in clear, simple terms.
►Completed university degree or equivalent ideally focus on HR,
►5-7 years of work experience as HR Generalist – Ideally in an international, fast-paced retail environment,
►Maturity, proactivity and stress resistance,
►Ability to build excellent rapports with colleagues and Managers,
►Strong hands-on mentality while ensuring an accurate, reliable and confidential working style,
►Exposure to HR processes, e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations,
►Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing,
►Experience in leading and managing change through the effective use of organization design development and business transformation techniques,
►Experience of working in Industrial and employee/labour relations,
►Success leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing team environment.
►Experience in influencing and coaching leaders,
►Successful experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit,
►Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating,
►Strong business acumen,
►Fluency in English and French is a must,
►Willingness to travel.
