As Product Specialist, you will be responsible for Brazil & Mexico.
This position will also have specific Training, Education and/or Promotional projects in any other Latam Country.
►Perform product training for new and established customers with an emphasis on appropriate use and safety in accordance with the published guidelines and instructions for use (IFU),
►Coordinate and ensure the clinical logistics of each practice within the assign, territory,
►Prepare an assign territory penetration market plan with the objectives in increase Brand Awareness, Product knowledge and number of product démos,
►Develop an assign territory SDA & SDCA annual plan in conjunction with the local distributors,
►Prepare an assign territory Educational plan with the objective to achieve a continuous educational program with in the assign region,
►Conduct training to ensure proper & effective treatments, device placement, device removal, and follow up care.
►Be able to develop and/or increase commercial relationships with distributors & end users,
►Remain current on relevant scientific literature, patient procedures, and EMS marketing initiatives,
►Responsible for relaying field-based observations (e.g. trends, challenges, etc.) to management of information relative to product performance, customer satisfaction, and safety,
►Serve as liaison with the Educational KOLs to support any assigned initiatives,
►Tasks for the position include, but are not limited to: co-travel with dealers, territory sales, territory customer support, conducting in-service training for customers, working hands-on courses, working tradeshows, and monitoring customer/dealer relations within the territory,
►Serve as a key contact for distributors sales teams and end users regarding product and procedural applications,
►Partner with ASM to diagnose customer needs and develop a prescribed, targeted account specific education strategy that fits each practice and their support staff,
►Work in conjunction with ASM & EMS HQ sales and marketing teams to properly identify, prioritize targets, and achieve assign territory goals and objectives,
►Coordinate with EMS HQ marketing department to deploy new or revised training assets for both patient and physician facing campaigns at the territory/account level,
►Support, attend, and/or host patient seminars and educational events to help drive patient demand and utilization,
►Attend and assist in working major conventions and commercial meetings as determined by ASM,
►Support customer service with any adverse event reporting and/or follow up for their accounts. Follow all Regulatory and Quality System requirements,
►Manage associated administrative tasks and responsibilities (e.g. budget, travel, updated training materials, documentation, etc.),
►Industry protocol: Must follow hospital, laboratory, and industry protocols for credentialing and fair business practices. This means registering with the assigned credentialing service and following any hospital protocols for accessing physicians or discussing patient cases,
►This position will assume and perform other duties as assigned by its direct supervisor that is the Latam Area Sales Manager,
►This position will develop in conjunction with its direct supervisor the annual activities, qualitative and quantitative objectives to be develop by the position within its assigned territory every year.
►Bachelor's degree (B. A./ B.S.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience in Dentistry, Biomedical Engineer, Dental Hygienist, Nursing, or another related field,
►A minimum of 3 years of industry or healthcare experience is required,
►Medical device experience in a clinical or education position or other related area; experience working with Dentists, Orthopedists, Physical Therapists or Sport Medicine is a plus,
►Experience and understanding of various medical devices and/or equipment preferred (e.g. Dental Scalers, Dental surgery devices, lasers, ultrasound, shockwave),
►Familiar with a variety of medical field procedures, practices, and concepts,
►Attention to detail, accuracy, punctuality, time management, ability to juggle various tasks with minimal supervision & self-motivated,
►Positive attitude, integrity, confidence, able to easy develop and/or increase business relationships, commitment to ongoing learning, analytic, critical thinking and problem solving,
►Tech savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Office software,
►Fluent in Portuguese & Spanish. English Medium level or Fluent if possible.
►Need to travel: occasionally to Mexico and Brazil
