In order to support the sales growth in Poland we are looking to add a Katowice based After Sales Engineer to lead a service team:

► Organization for service reception and realization for services of dental and medical units, accessories and hand pieces,

► Technical support in repairing, testing and diagnosis,

► Production of service literature, repair manuals, training manuals and media, regulatory ,information in technical matters to affiliates and served responsibilities,

► Creation of quotations for service repairing with follow-ups,

► Administration for service units, receiving documentation, invoicing, delivery and transportations papers including customs handling for foreign customers.



► University degree;

► Pronounced management skills;

► Experienced in managing and leading a team; ability for team-building and motivation; 

► Experienced in the management of IT software's for external technicians; 

► Experienced in miniature in miniature electronics; 

► Capability in technical training and technical information; 

► Dynamic, flexible, open-minded and proactive personality; 

► Strongly customer-oriented and experienced in dealing with a multicultural environment; 

► Knowledge of the ISO and GPM quality norms; 

► A good knowledge of the dental and/or medical industry would be a solid plus; 

► 3-5 years experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment and/or in the electromechanical field.
