► Maintenance of instructions for use (IFU) for dental and medical devices,

► Processing and incorporating translations in collaboration with translation agencies,

► Support regulatory affairs teams by updating IFUs to meet new regulatory needs,

► Support regulatory affairs teams by maintaining regulatory data in global databases,

► Support sustainability teams by participating in the maintenance of key documents of EMS technical documentation.



► Strong ability to present complex solutions in clear, simple terms.



►Master or Bachelor degree,

►Knowledge in professional editing software (InDesign),

►Experience in Medical Device (a plus),

►Interpersonal skills, team oriented needed, excellent communication abilities,

►Problem-solving abilities and positive critical thinking skill,

►High energy, self-starting, team player who achieves goals and continuous improvement,

►Familiar MS office Tools,

►Good command of French and English.
