The main mission of the master planner is to define the mid-term planning in order to be able to meet the following operational objectives: customer satisfaction, stocks and sales revenue.

►To ensure integrity and update of the Sales Forecast in order to achieve service & stock targets using Forecast Accuracy KPI,

►To set up the planning system in the ERP, define the decoupling point of the products sold,

►To analyze sales history, perform demand management activities, define product mix forecasts by creating and updating the BOM’s,

►To calculate the Master Plan Schedule (MPS) for each reference and periodically review alignment on a higher aggregation level (Family or Groups of families),

►To co-supervise order entry & filling of portfolio, define alert levels and communicate accordingly to escalate potential risks,

►To prepare & lead the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) meetings: provide info and get feedback from the Business,

►To continuously improve the S&OP process ensuring top-down & bottom-up communication,

►To run the Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) to adapt the MPS results to the manufacturing and key suppliers capacity, identifying capacity risks in the future,

►To evaluate alternatives and to establish contingency plans to guarantee the availability of key references with the Production Planner,

►To generate periodically reports and KPI to communicate transversally,


►To synthesize information (activities, issues, corrective actions, continuous improvement) in order to communicate effectively and report,

►To support and participate in projects implementation run by Planning Dpt. or others EMS departments by means of information, preparation and analysis,

►To integrate project needs into planning,

►To lead continuous improvement projects within the Planning Group or transversely with other departments.



► Strong ability to present complex solutions in clear, simple terms.




►5 years + experience in planning,

►Industrial/Production Management, or Supply Chain related Degree,

►APICS certification would be a plus,

►Experience in the medical device would be a plus,

►Demonstrated interest in the supply chain field,

►Leadership skills demonstrated in an MRP 2 / S&OP approach,

►Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience preferred,

►ERP: mastery and regular use of an ERP/APS,

►Problem-solving skills; clear and structured communication,

►Ability to prioritize under pressure,

►Excellent interpersonal teamwork skills,

►Proactive, rigorous, pragmatic, result- and solution-oriented person,

►Negotiation skills.



►French: Mother Tongue,

►English: B2, an asset.
