►We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing (localization) to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion through both in digital and conventional marketing activities,

►A Localized Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics,

►The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth,

►Directly reporting to the Manager,

►The Localized Marketing& Sales Support is in charge of localization of marketing materials and contents such as catalogues, instruction for use, website, advertisement, etc,

►Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, but mainly specialized in localization (content translation, development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.),

Core responsibilities:

►Can execute promotional events and campaigns,

►Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts,

►Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing stratégies,

►Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned,

►Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities,

►Assisting with the production of marketing materials and product manuals,

►Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications both digital and non-digital,

►Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required,

►Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature,

►Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites,

►Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases,

►Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials,

►Understand medical device regulations and accumulate the knowledge of promotional code for verbal expressions.



► Strong ability to present complex solutions in clear, simple terms.



Further Requirements

►1-3 years of experience in a similar role,

►Competencies required: Professionalism; Teamwork; Ownership; Multi-tasking; Time Management, Innovation, Microsoft Office skills,

►Openness to multicultural environment ,

►Exposure to international business environment and clinical background (Dentist / Dental Hygienist) – would be a strong plus,

►Proven experience as marketing specialist (in localization and collateral projects)or similar role,

►Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods,

►Well-organized and detail oriented,

►Exceptional communication and writing skills,

►Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind,

►Bachelor degree or more.

Technical skills and expériences

  • Solid computer skills, including:
    • Translation memory software, TRADOS.
    • Adobe InDesign software.
    • MS Office, SharePoint
    • marketing software (CRM, marketing automation tool)
  • Web applications (Google analytics, Google Adwords, Google Data Studio etc.) desired.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CMS (Drupal) desired


►Reading, writing, and listening in English (TOEIC 850-),

►High level of Spanish language proficiency.
