TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, the primary responsibilities will include:
►Manage strategic projects implying change in the organization in a multi-cultural and international environment,
►Design, organize and coordinate the projects activities with internal and external contributors,
►Establish and follow the budget for various projects,
►Define project approach and establish delivery roadmap and planning,
►Manage communication on strategic projects with the whole organization,
►Report project progress to the company’s exécutives,
►Manage the relationship with the projects stakeholders.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
► Strong ability to present complex solutions in clear, simple terms.
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
►Minimum 10 years of IT experience, 5 of which in Project Management,
►Possess full product lifecycle experience (requirements, design, implementation, deployment),
►Proven experience in managing complex technical implementations of ERP,
►Prior experience in management of project within the context of industrial medical devices,
►Excellent communication and presentation skills,
►PMP or Prince2 Practitioner or SCRUM Master certification.
