As part of the After Sales team based in Nyon, your main responsibilities will be the following :
►Provide 1st level support to customers by answering phone and email inquiries,
►Provide general Support to technical team & customer care,
►Manage the customer relations in coordination with the technical team,
►Handling and resolving customer complaints,
►Add value to clients through identifying additional needs and providing product and service advice,
►Management of the claims in ERP & CRM Software,
►Send and follow the repair cost estimates,
►Organize loan devices and pick-up.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
► Strong ability to present complex solutions in clear, simple terms.
►Extensive customer service experience,
►Experience as hygienist / dental assistant or in medical customer service department is a strong asset,
►Proficient in (Swiss) German, mother tongue or C1 level,
►Good command of French and English,
►Customer focused, flexible, proactive and team player,
►Strong communication skills,
►Ability to work under pressure and identify priorities,
►Good problem solving and organizational skills,
►Ability to work in a technical department.
