MISSION

 

The main mission of the Control Tower Coordinator is to satisfy the customer's need, ensure On Time In Full shipments in close collaboration with the Customer Service and the Supply Chain Departments.

For this purpose, he/she’ll communicates in a synthetic way on the supply constraints impacting the Product availability and the Business priorities in order to animate the various arbitrations when necessary to satisfy the customer's needs.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

On Time Delivery Performance – Central role to communicate & improve Customer satisfaction

►Responsible for On Time Delivery Performance (Service Level) analysis, reporting and proposal for improvements in high collaboration with Customer Care Department.

Order Portfolio / Booking Follow-up – Be a facilitator of Supply Chain information to Customer Care

►Increase Delivery information reliability for Customer while securing key products availability.

►Supervise daily Customer Order entry (Booking) with a particular focus on Early Warnings and Exception Management.

►Be the single point of contact for Customer Care Department to confirm delivery date for specific orders.

Demand vs. Supply Arbitrations – Be a smooth negotiator & enabler for easy decision making

►Establish contingency plans to best satisfy Customer’s need: challenge the Supply Chain to improve lead time or influence demand to match capacity.

►Coordinate delivery information for New Product Introduction after « Handover to Supply » by Project Manager.

S&OP: Supply Review - Capacity / Load – Communicate to keep everyone on the same page

►Prepare and lead the Monthly Supply Review Meeting (Communicate on Service & escalate supply risks).

►Participate to Load vs. Capacity (RCCP) meetings and consolidate potential future capacity risks from the different stakeholders to enable necessary adjustments.

 

EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS

►3 years + experience in Customer Service / Planning,

►Operations Management, or Supply Chain related Degree,

►Experience in the medical device would be a plus,

►Customer-oriented person with Supply Chain understanding,

►Leadership skills demonstrated in an MRP 2 / S&OP approach,

►Microsoft Excel mastery preferred,

►ERP: mastery and regular use of an ERP/APS,

►Problem-solving skills; clear and structured communication,

►Ability to prioritize under pressure,

►Excellent interpersonal teamwork skills,

►Proactive, rigorous & result-oriented,

►Negotiation skills,

►French: Mother Tongue,

►English: Minimum B2.
